Renato Ancorotti will continue his work at the helm of the National Association of cosmetic companies until 2024. This was established by the shareholders’ meeting of Cosmetica Italia, which met yesterday afternoon, privately, for the appointment that marks the ‘start of a new three-year period with the election of its top management. “Representing a team of over 600 companies – comments Ancorotti – and a sector that contributes to the country’s economy with a turnover of over 10 billion euros and 36 thousand employees, which rise to 33 billion and 400 thousand employees if we consider the entire supply chain , is an important and deeply responsible task, which the pandemic has made even more demanding and challenging. I begin my second mandate with a password: restart. We will restart as an association, carrying out a substantial reorganization of our system and resources, to be increasingly future-oriented and ready to accept the challenges of tomorrow.
