Bper Banca distributes 100 thousand euros to the families most in need of nurses who died due to Covid through the Trust ‘United beyond expectations’ Onlus, established in the spring of 2021. The choice of beneficiaries, according to a note, was made taking into account various criteria such as, for example, the presence of students or people with severe disabilities in the family unit, the possible need for psychological and health support, the presence of a rental or mortgage contract and the overall economic situation. Bper Trust Company, as Trustee of the Trust ‘United beyond expectations’ Onlus, already in September last year paid the first 100 thousand euros to Fnopi (National Federation of Nursing Professions Orders), as an indirect charity, in favor of the Fund’ We with the nurses’ created by the Federation for the same purposes. In the coming months, moreover, the new call for direct charitable activities relating to the year 2022 will be opened. On the dedicated page of the Bank’s website (https : //www.bper.it/perche-sEGLIerci/responsabilita-sociale/comunita/trust-uniti-oltre-le-attese) it will be possible to check the conditions of the new call and download the forms. Bper founded in 2012 and specialized in non-financial advice for the protection of assets and the setting up and management of Trusts. By virtue of the status of non-profit organization recognized to it, the Trust enjoys the relative tax benefits provided and can also accept contributions from third parties, customers and non-customers of the Bank, who wish to support current or future solidarity projects. “The disbursement of these sums to the families of nurses who died of Covid is a result that makes us particularly proud and that deeply moved us”, underlines Flavia Mazzarella, President of Bper Banca. “Our Institute pays attention to the well-being of people and is particularly sensitive towards operators who are on the front line risking their health to try to guarantee it to all citizens. Our thanks and our support go to them”, she concludes. .
