Dossena, new Ecopneus general manager: “We will continue to innovate”

Federico Dossena is the new general manager of Ecopneus, a non-profit company that is the main operator of the management of end-of-life tires in Italy, which this year celebrates 10 years of activity by managing over 2.2 million tons of ELTs (+ 6 % compared to the legal objectives). “We will continue to innovate by dedicating great attention to research and contributing to the development of the culture of sustainability through information and training activities, with the aim of maximizing the benefits for the community deriving from the recovery of ELTs” comments the new general manager of Ecopneus, Federico Dossena “Over the years Ecopneus has been strongly committed to the development of end markets for recycled rubber, an elastic material, resistant to wear, to atmospheric and chemical agents, which, if inserted in a virtuous circuit like the one we have built, can really do the difference and contribute to the circular economy of many sectors, from construction, to industry, to sport, to infrastructures ”concludes Dossena.
