The Court of Milan yesterday communicated to Moby and Cin a deferral of the creditors’ meeting, following the filing of the new plan which received the prior consent of the financial creditors, respectively on 20 and 27 June 2022, setting the date of March 31, 2022 as term for the filing of the agreement with Tirrenia in AS, the last creditor missing from the already started recovery plan, which saw the companies overcome the difficulties of the pandemic by repositioning themselves as leaders in the reference markets.
