The appeal, it is emphasized, “highlights the ‘reasonableness’ of Assovolo’s positions, which calls for legality, transparency and impartiality in the choice of those who continue the employment relationship with Ita Airways and with the involvement of all trade unions present in the company, as required by ‘art. 47 of law 428/90 which gives concrete implementation to 2112 “.
