Assovolo demonstration on Monday at the offices of the Alitalia Sai company to solicit payments for the integration of the redundancy fund for workers in Cigs at zero hours. The latest payments date back to September 2021 with a delay of almost four months. This was announced by Assovolo who during a press conference today pesso the Cavour Congress Center in Rome illustrated the appeal presented by the Alitalia Sai Workers in Extraordinary Administration against Ita Airways. “The appeal is part of a legal process of Assovolo and of the labor lawyer Pierluigi Panici, reference lawyer of the trade union organization”, underlines in a note the general secretary Davide Carovana of the Assovolo union, the most representative association of former Alitalia personnel. The appeal, it is emphasized, “highlights the ‘reasonableness’ of Assovolo’s positions, which calls for legality, transparency and impartiality in the choice of those who continue the employment relationship with Ita Airways and with the involvement of all trade unions present in the company, as required by ‘art. 47 of law 428/90 which gives concrete implementation to 2112 “.
