Pending full implementation of Law no. 46/2021 the following aids are compatible with the temporary allowance for children: – allowance for families with at least three minor children, law no. 448/1998; – childbirth allowance, law no. 190/2014 and of the legislative decree n. 119/2018; – birth award, law n. 232/2016; – birth support fund, law no. 232/2016; – tax deductions provided for by the Consolidated Income Tax Law, Presidential Decree no. 917/1986; – family allowances provided for by the consolidated text of the rules concerning family allowances, Presidential Decree 797/1955 (direct farmers, settlers and sharecroppers, small direct farmers, pensioners of these managements and retirees of the special autonomous workers managements).
