Alperia buys Fintel gas and electricity and Fintel networks

The Alperia group has finalized the agreement for the acquisition of 90% of the share capital of Fintel Gas e Luce Srl and of Fintel Reti srl from Fintel Energia Group. With this acquisition, Alperia continues its roots outside the Autonomous Province of Bolzano also in the sales sector to end customers. In addition to Veneto, where the activities of opening sales points and acquisition channels aimed at the residential segment have already begun for some time, the transaction completed today allows us to add a further step in the growth of points of sale and retail and small business customers in Lombardy and central Italy. This was announced by Alperia in a press release. The acquisition of the two companies, thanks to their complementarity with Alperia Smart Services both in terms of geographical coverage and sales channels, will make it possible to quickly seize growth opportunities both in terms of volumes and customers for the electricity and natural gas commodities, as well as in those of services linked to the energy transition underway and driven by tax incentives. The operation allows the expansion of the portfolio with approximately 30,000 customers, mainly concentrated in the residential market (domestic customers and VAT numbers), and a commercial network consisting of 12 directly managed customer branches, 3 branches managed by agencies and 25 corners. The agreements also provide for the possibility of Alperia to acquire the remaining 10% of the share capital of the two companies over the next 3 years.
