Starbucks opens the first Drive Thru in Italy with Percassi in Erbusco, inside a Q8 station

A Starbucks Drive Thru opened its doors today in Erbusco (Brescia), as part of a new partnership between Percassi and Q8, bringing the unique Starbucks experience to customers throughout the Italian fuel supply network. The new Drive Thru extends over two floors: ground floor and basement. It also includes an outdoor area that will give customers the ability to order their favorite Starbucks® drink and menu items from the comfort of their car. Consumers can also customize any drink on the menu, being able to choose between soy milk, almond milk and oat milk.When in 2018 Starbucks, in collaboration with Percassi, opened its first ever store in Italy, it paid tribute to the Italian culture, both in the design of the spaces and through the Starbucks® food offer, embracing the uniqueness of Milan’s tradition and culture. The same criteria were followed for Starbucks ‘arrival in Erbusco. As part of Starbucks’ ongoing commitment to become a resource positive company, the new store will use energy from 100% certified renewable sources. Starbucks is also offering a 20 cent discount to all customers who bring a reusable cup when purchasing a beverage. Starbucks is committed to providing 100% ethically sourced coffee in partnership with Conservation International. At the base of our ethical approach to the purchase of coffee are the Cafe practices (Coffee and Farmer Equity). Also available to motorists is an Easy Wash system for washing cars with products of high environmental standard. Among the many complementary services offered to motorists, the Svolta shop, the new Q8 concept store, highly digital and characterized by the sustainability of both the infrastructures and the products on sale.
