Cassa Forense, with counter and online pension application becomes 2.0

Great news for the members of Cassa Forense, who from 10 January will be able to submit their pension application directly via the internet, using the institutional portal exclusively. A quick and effective solution available to colleagues – who will also be able to continue to follow the traditional way – to bring Cassa Forense closer to members and at least partially eliminate all those bureaucratic procedures that have so far made a delicate step like this more complicated. The tool traces the structure of other models of telematic requests, already present on the website of the Cassa Forense, and guides the enrolled person step by step towards a compilation that is at the same time simple on the user side, but exhaustive with respect to the needs of the Entity to recover the necessary information, obviously with the aim of speeding up the investigation. The other big news, in fact, says Cassa Forense, concerns the communication of income data. Compared to the paper form, in which only the last years necessary for the validation of contributory seniority are requested, and those included in the calculation of the social security treatment required, with the online application the system will automatically propose the years that may not be communicated to the Cassa. This will avoid the blocking of the investigation and the request to send missing data, with the consequent lengthening of the times. Forensics is destined in the near future to embrace other bureaucratic requirements. “The goal – explains the Lawyers’ Social Security Authority in a note – is to carry out the online procedure for all social security services currently available in the paper formats of the site’s forms area”.
