Work, sen. Presutto: “Question on Naspi taxation”

The unemployed worker who wants to take advantage of the advance in a single solution from Naspi to start his own business or to join a cooperative, in many parts of Italy, sees the amount paid by INPS taxed despite the law saying otherwise . This is an anomalous fact that creates uncertainty and further difficulties for workers, subtracting resources from the start of the new business, even more so in an already difficult social economic landscape that is facing the devastating effects of the pandemic in progress. For this reason, the Five Star Senator, Vincenzo Presutto, together with other signatories, presented a question with a written answer to the ministers of Labor, Social Policies, the Economy and Finance.
