Recovery, Mantovani (Manageritalia): “Structural and sustainable growth for lasting recovery”

“In order for the economic recovery to be lasting, we must aim for structural and sustainable growth over time. This means diversifying the range of investments, not focusing only on physical infrastructures, which are also necessary, but also on those of cultural knowledge in order to increase the level of competence of the workers of our country “. To say this, on the occasion of the opening of the National Assembly of Manageritalia, is Mario Mantovani, president of the federation, who continues: “We must focus on the growth of young people, so that they can count on easier and quicker access to the world of work, look at the growth of structured companies, rich in skills and investment capacity. If we do not invest in knowledge and competence, and therefore also in the tertiary sector on services, the effect of the investments of the NRP will end very quickly “. Read also In this scenario, the role of managers, bearers of know-how and ready to make their skills available to institutions and the public administration, as Mantovani underlines: “Manageritalia has a long history of collaboration with institutions. In fact, we have made our skills and our work available, even free of charge, in an organized form through our representation. Based on the virtuous experiences of cooperation, we believe that the subsidiarity model is the winning one “.” Institutions – concludes Mantovani – must take care of what belongs to them, but many operational activities can be delegated to that part of organized society, of which we too are part of it, so that we can actively and concretely work towards the realization of a common good, using private resources as well as public ones in collaboration “.
