Banca Mediolanum, in May total net inflows of 842 mln

Banca Mediolanum recorded commercial results of 1,209 million in May, of which 842 million of total net inflows. The disbursements of mortgages and loans amounted to 352 million. “Another month to be framed characterized by considerable commercial volumes: this May we celebrate the strongest managed savings collection in our history with the record of 761 million euros”, points out Massimo Doris, CEO of Banca Mediolanum. “It is a result built progressively, the result of the valuable advice of Banca Mediolanum and the great work done in recent months alongside customers. I would like to underline how the gradual reopening is leading, also thanks to the vaccination campaign, to incentivize consumption and curb the accumulation of liquidity in current accounts that had intensified during the period of the pandemic. In May, in fact, the payments made by our customers increased by about 20% compared to the previous four months. It is a first sign of recovery and a good omen for the return to normalcy, “he adds. The scenario is completed by the two businesses of credit and protection policies: “In May we respectively reached 352 million in new disbursements and 14.4 million in premiums, increasingly consolidating BancaMediolanum as a single interlocutor for all financial needs of savers, as also demonstrated the acquisition of nearly 70,000 bank customers since the beginning of the year “.
