The survey also revealed that despite this aversion, most respondents agree that a hybrid approach is the best solution: 69% of employees expect to work primarily in the office in the near future. This is likely due to 84% of forced returns to the workplace that have already been implemented across the continent. Data shows that younger generations have a greater desire to return: 69% of young people aged between 18 and 34 years old would like a full-time return or a hybrid approach based primarily in the office.
