Black Friday 2021, among the most anticipated electronic products

Electronics products are among the most anticipated products during Black Friday and especially Cyber ​​Monday, the following Monday dedicated to offers on technology products. If in general Android smartphones are the most searched online, on the occasion of Black Friday and Cyber ​​Monday it is the Apple products that record a peak of interest: during the last Black Friday, for example, online searches for Android products were only of slightly higher than iOS, + 24.6% against an average of over + 71.1%. This is what emerges from a survey carried out by idealo in view of Black Friday. Among the electronics products that Italians have been keeping an eye on online during the last week is the latest addition to Apple, the iPhone 13, presented on September 14th and, in particular, the Pro version. ‘iPhone 12 and two Android smartphones, the Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite 5G and the Samsung Galaxy A52s. Game consoles are also among the most “awaited” products during the next days of discounts and promotions: the online interest in these products, in fact, it has increased by + 50.4% in the last week and in particular it is the Microsoft Xbox Series X to be the most sought after, with a boom in interest of + 334.2%. Sony PlayStation 4 (PS4) Slim follows, registering a growth in interest of + 125.0%. idealo surveys that highlighted the strong desire of Italians to renovate their homes and replace old appliances with new, latest generation models. In fact, the most searched products online in the last week include Espresso coffee machines (+ 66.3%), Food processors (+ 50.0%), Ovens (+ 38.6%), Dryers (+ 35.3%), Dishwashers (+ 28.9%), Coffee Capsule Machines (+ 25.8%), Hair Dryers (+ 23.3%) and Coffee Pod Machines (+22.2%) 35.4% of Italians who plan to buy a product online during Black Friday said they want to buy Christmas gifts. In fact, among the most sought-after products online in the last week we find Lego (+ 32.3%) but also sportswear for children and teenagers such as the Adidas Trefoil Hoodie sweatshirt and pants set or the Nike Sportswear U Nsw Filled Jacket padded jacket. And for photography and music lovers, Black Friday is the best time to treat yourself to the much desired product such as a Reflex Camera, whose online interest in the last week has increased by + 51.5%, a Drone (+32 , 0%) or a Turntable (+ 33.9%).
