Mapping the paths undertaken by companies, from the supply chain to production processes, from design to the end of life of products, is the first step to trace the road map of the sector towards the ecological transition and transform environmental challenges into growth opportunities. “We first wanted to look in the mirror, with a very pragmatic approach that helps us focus on our strengths and those on which we need to work more, but in the full awareness that there is no going back” he explained during the assembly the president of FederlegnoArredo Claudio Feltrin. “If sustainability is already at the center of a vertically integrated supply chain such as that of wood-furniture, the ecological transition represents an epochal turning point for individual companies.
