Extension of the Social Ape The 2022 budget bill provided for also the expansion of the social Ape. We remind you that the social Ape is an allowance equal to the future pension, with a maximum amount of 1,500 euros per month, to be paid by the State. This economic benefit accompanies the worker from the age of 63, up to the age for the ordinary old-age pension. To date, access to this type of early retirement is open only to those who belong to specific categories and who have a minimum of 30 years of contributions (if long-term unemployed, caregiver or disabled by 74%), or 36 years old contributions (if belonging to the category of heavy workers). Extension and modification of the woman option The woman option is an experimental scheme that allows female workers to obtain a pension with considerably reduced requirements compared to those envisaged for the ordinary early retirement and for the ordinary old-age pension.
