Lavoro, Damiano: “Italy is characterized by passive policies”

“Italy has been characterized above all by passive policies, we are weak on active ones”. Today Cesare Damiano, president of Lavoro & Welfare, spoke at the session ‘Active and passive policies, a single path for employability’ of the first #IlLavorocontinua Forum organized by the interprofessional fund Fonarcom, together with Cifa and Confsal. “I am in favor – he added – of on-the-job training. We have to think about training for those who don’t have a job, for those who have it. So there are more ways of training that are diversified”.
