Manageritalia Toscana, here are the challenges and opportunities of the Pnrr

The Manageritalia Toscana assembly took place last night in the Grand Hotel Baglioni in Florence with a very useful theme particularly felt by the entire executive class ‘Challenges and opportunities: public investments for innovation and the relaunch of the Tuscan economy’ . Among the speakers the president of National Manageritalia Mario Mantovani, the councilor for productive activities of the municipality of Florence Fabio Gianassi, the professor of innovation economics at the University of Florence Mauro Lombardi and the head of the Europe area of Confesercenti Marcello Traversi, moderated by landlord, the president of Manageritalia Toscana Riccardo Rapezzi. The debate immediately got underway with the opening speech by Manageritalia president Mario Mantovani who started from the recent analysis of the Pnrr and its allocations carried out by the observatory on the tertiary sector of the association of executives: “With our research we have highlighted like most of the NRP will be dedicated to physical and structural investments in particular in the construction sector with over 60% of the allocation being the master. A situation that we must manage in favor of synergies with other sectors ”, he said. The president of Manageritalia Toscana Riccardo Rapezzi, greeting Fabio Gianassi, councilor for the budget, subsidiaries, trade, production activities, relations with the municipal council and relations with the Tuscany Region, recalled how much the collaboration with the production activities of the Metropolitan city of Florence, where almost all the service companies of the Region are based. An invitation that was accepted by the representative of the city of Florence: “It is our interest to deepen – he said – the collaboration with the managers of the territory you represent and we are ready to formalize it. Professionalism is needed to design and implement, even in the relationship between public and private, we have already started by publishing a series of calls that will help us to better spend the resources for infrastructures, and not just those, that the government will invest to renew our city, Florence in the first place. The transformation must take place thanks to an overall vision and not for jagged projects as you know how to do, which is why I innovate the availability of this collaboration which will be very useful for Florence “. Manageritalia: “Our sector is the only one that can ensure stability to the growth stimulated by the relaunch of infrastructures, but a smaller part of the resources is reserved for it. In addition to infrastructure, the country needs to increase skills by investing in education and specialization of the job offer: young new hires, women and employees already in the company must be protagonists of the recovery. Otherwise the growth we are talking about will remain just a dream ”, he concluded.
