Milan Wine Week: it is the day of Slow Wine 2022

The long-awaited appointment with the presentation of the new Slow Food wine guide: Slow Wine 2022 returns again this year. The twelfth edition of the volume, which this year tells about 1,958 wineries and about 8 thousand labels, selected from the 27 thousand tasted by the authors of the guide, is presented in national preview on Friday 8 October at 10.30 at Palazzo Castiglioni, in Corso Venezia. During the presentation of the Slow Wine 2022 guide which has 1,120 pages of stories of life, vineyards and wine, the 3 special prizes will also be awarded: for Career, for sustainable viticulture and for the Young Winemaker. On the occasion of the launch of the new edition of the Slow Food wine guide, on Saturday 9 and Sunday 10 October, at the MegaWatt Court, the Slow Wine Walk Around Tasting will be held, the largest wine tasting of the year, with over 1,000 wines among those mentioned in the guide itself. Slowine.it Wine Generation Forum Among the other events of the Milan Wine Week 2021 scheduled for Friday 8 October, the Wine Generation Forum, from 2 pm at Palazzo Castiglioni, in Corso Venezia. Young entrepreneurs, producers and operators in the sector, the new protagonists of the world of wine, expose ideas, objectives and values ​​by comparing themselves with some of the established excellence of the sector. Particular focuses of the forum will be dedicated to highly topical issues such as sustainability, business evolution and experiential marketing.
