The Slovaks dominated the Czech league. Or rather Slovak attackers.

Slavista Schranz is the best scorer of the competition with six goals and is still the most productive player with eight points.

Almási only scored one goal less. The 22-year-old striker, who is also nicknamed the Zlatan Ibrahimovič from Ostrava, has a great form.

Two-meter Almási has scored in each of the last four matches.

Defender David Hancko rose to the biggest star of Prague’s Sparta.

On Sunday evening, in the most famous Czech derby, Sparta defeated Slavia 1: 0. The only goal was scored by another Slovak. Lukáš Haraslín. He was the main hero of the match, perhaps the best player.

The skilful midfielder was also one of the central figures of the under-17 national team, which advanced to the semifinals of the European Championships in 2013, and then made it to the eight-finals in the same category at the World Championships.

In 2017, he also played at the European Under-21 Championships. He also tried out the European Senior Championships last summer.

At the same time, an experienced winger did not play a good season last year, at least as far as the club scene is concerned. He played very little in the prestigious Serie A. He had health problems, overcame the covid.

He lacked stable performance.

He ended a phenomenal series

In Sassuola’s jersey, he played in fifteen matches only 407 minutes. He already has more of them in his account in Sparta: 478.

And he played the first match in the Prague club only on September 11th. He came to the club as the last summer reinforcement.

At the same time, Haraslín finished the phenomenal Slavia series without losing in the Czech league. After more than a year and seven months. After 582 days. After 54 matches.

The last match of the Slovak national team against Cyprus was decided by the players of the Czech league.
