Britney Spears, father Jamie is no longer her legal guardian

Jamie Spears is no longer the legal guardian of his daughter Britney. The judge of the Superior Court of Los Angeles, Brenda Penny, therefore suspended the legal agreement that gave the man control over the life and assets of the artist after a long legal battle, according to the foreign media. The 69-year-old was appointed as his daughter’s guardian in 2008 amid concerns over her mental health. Jamie Spears had asked for an end to guardianship after Britney called this measure “abuse” against her, had requested another guardian.
