The current Attorney General Maroš Žilinka, but also Special Prosecutor Daniel Lipšic and Peter Šufliarsky – these are the names that were supposed to stand on the order of the murder, for which Marian Kočner was supposed to be behind. As the portal informs Aktuality.sk, the investigation into the preparation of the murders of prosecutors has ended and Kočner is in danger of another indictment.

Marian Kočner is also charged with the murder of journalist Ján Kuciak and is sentenced to 19 years in a bill of exchange. Alena Zsuzsová, Tomáš Szabó, Dušan Kracina and Darko Dragic are also mentioned in the indictment. All are being prosecuted for assassination in preparation as an organized group.

Marian Kočner was to place the order with her heron Alena Zsuzsová. She was to contact Zoltán Andruskó. The same was to be the case with journalist Ján Kuciak. Andruskó and Miroslav Marček have their criminal proceedings suspended, as they were involved in clarifying the case.

Order the murder of Žilinka and his children

Zoltán Andruskó was detained in 2018, six months after the murder of journalist Ján Kuciak. Andruskó immediately began cooperating with the police. Later, Miroslav Marček also joined. Both are convicted in the case of the murder of Ján Kuciak – Andruskó as a mediator, Marček as a murderer. Regarding the preparations for the murders of prosecutors, Andruskó testified that Maroš Žilinka, who was then a prosecutor at the Office of the Special Prosecutor’s Office at the time and supervised several cases of Marian Kočner, was the first to be on the fly.

The order was to apply to his two children as well. Andruskó testified that he should have received 70,000 euros for the murder of Žilinka and entrusted Dušan Kracina with it. However, when, in his words, he noticed that someone was searching his car shortly before the event, he was startled and stopped the murder. He was afraid the police were intercepting him at the time.

For Lipšica 200-thousand

Next in line was today’s special prosecutor Daniel Lipšic. They were to pay 200,000 euros for his murder. Zsuzs was to tell Andruskó that he had to be tracked down, and when she was with Lipsic, they should both be killed. If not, the priority is Žilinka.

The last planned victim of the organized group was to be the then First Deputy Attorney General Peter Šufliarsky in the summer of 2018. They planned to pay 100,000 euros for his murder. The way to do this heinous act was to be like a mafia execution. At first they wanted to put the explosive in the trash in front of the house, but they could not get it. The second option was to shoot the victim with a submachine gun. The executors of the murder were to be Tomáš Szabó and Miroslav Marček.
