Smart working and Pa, Brunetta: “Only possible if it improves services”

Within one, maximum two weeks, the others will rotate. But from 15 October the rule for everyone it will be the presence “. To reiterate this, in an interview with ‘Il Messaggero’, is the Minister for Public Administration, Renato Brunetta. “The only sensitive point – he underlines – is the sustainability of transport. We are carrying out an impact analysis. There will be more flexible time slots for entrances and exits”. As for the distancing in the offices, explains Brunetta, “the CTS will determine the new rules. In the meantime, where it is not possible to maintain the distance, it will be possible to organize a rotation, by time slots”. Agile work, Brunetta continues, “will have four conditions, which we will shortly detail in a ministerial decree and specific guidelines: regulation in the contract, which Aran is working on with the trade unions, an organization of work by objectives and monitoring of the results, a dedicated and safe technological platform and the verification of customer satisfaction. The smart working experienced up to now in the Public Administration has been useful in the emergency, but it has not been a real agile work “. Smart working, he explains, “can only be done if it improves the services and efficiency of the administration”.
