And although they came to talk, more than the substantive arguments of both discussants, their mutual personal antipathy attracted attention. This was also reflected in mutual exchanges of views, which often passed on a personal level. Exceptions were not personal insults or subversive statements about the other.

The passions were unleashed right at the beginning, which dealt with the intra-party situation of the For People party after the departure of some deputies. “Everyone perceives that it is turbulent. I told them that I had an opinion on what had happened, but until the situation in the force components is resolved, we will not make any sharp movements in Behind the People.” said Sheliga.

However, his opponent Šutaj Eštok remarked that there was no need to talk about the 2 percent side. “Mr. Eštok, he will not be such a dude with those percentages. He is in a difficult situation for the people, but that does not mean that I personally do not have a parliamentary mandate to repeat to you what you have been doing here for 12 years.” said Sheliga, reminding his opponent that the fall was coming after pride. He in turn told him that from his mouth it sounded only Pharisaic and hypocritical. “Can you explain to me why?” Sheliga asked him.

He also blamed the opposition for talking only about how bad everything is, but he did not hear from them how they were going to lend a helping hand, for example, to a pandemic or a recovery plan.

The two deputies also accused each other of spreading the demagoguery, and Šutaj Eštok repeatedly shouted at Šeliga that he was jumping into his speech.
