Gkn Firenze, the court blocks the layoffs

The Court of Florence accepted the appeal of the Fiom CGIL, condemning the company to “revoke the letter of opening the collective redundancy procedure” of 9 July last. Gkn, after the sentence, initiated the revocation of the 422 dismissals of the workers at the Campi Bisenzio site, but with the broadest “reserve of appeal”.
