Gkn Firenze, judge blocks layoffs

The judge blocks the layoffs of the Gkn of Florence. The Court of Florence accepts the appeal of Fiom Cgil and condemns the company to “revoke the letter of opening the collective dismissal procedure” of 9 July, as stated in the sentence announced today.
