“Voters will have to make a choice between the ecology of transformation versus the ecology of support, said Daniel Cohn-Bendit. Sandrine Rousseau embodies a break with capitalism. Yannick Jadot is the regulation of capitalism, of the market economy. If you want a break with capitalism, you have to win. For that, she has to get up early. With this positioning, she will never be able to win the presidential election. “

“The problem today for the ecologists is: how to explain to the French that they need an ecological political expression? I believe that Yannick Jadot showed it to the Europeans. He says he can win: It’s bullshit. He knows it. He can’t win. He’s more credible when he says he wants to influence politics. “, said the former MEP. And to add:“If Emmanuel Macron wins the presidential election, he does not have a majority. (…) With whom will he be able to make alliances? Jadot is more in this perspective than Rousseau.”

According to Daniel Cohn-Bendit, “the device (editor’s note: from the environmental party) prefers Sandrine Rousseau to Yannick Jadot. The device did nothing to support Yannick Jadot. (…) He doesn’t like Jadot. (…) He has to be very strong in the debate to fold the match.
