Miracle Nintendo Switch update 13.0.0 brings support for Bluetooth headsets – Cowcotland

Decidedly, what surprises at this time at Nintendo for the Switch ! The portable living room console is about to enter the 21st century with the arrival of the update 13.0.0 of the system, which provides a particularly expected functionality (when the console was launched, players have since moved on …): support for audio in Bluetooth.

But beware ! There is no question here of removing the magnificent application installed on your phone or tablet for multiplayer, since only the output sound is managed.

There is therefore no microphone in Bluetooth, but that’s not all since the console seems to suffer from some technical limitations. The Bluetooth headset is thus cart if the local connection function is active, while two controllers only can be connected at the same time as a headset. Constraints which may not be in the end, but it is always good to have all the cards in your hand.
