Lawyer Fabrice Di Vizio, media figure in the movement against the health pass and the vaccination obligation for caregivers, is the target of an ethical investigation by the Council of the Paris Bar, Franceinfo learned, Wednesday, September 15, from sources close to the case.

According to our information, the scope of the investigation is broad: the Council of the Order is interested both in its behavior on television, on social networks or in demonstrations, but also in its customers. Complaints from dissatisfied customers have been received by the Council.

Contacted by franceinfo on Wednesday, the lawyer displays his serenity. “I find it healthy that the Order wants to take up this matter because we will be able to shed light on a number of things, I will be able to put an end to the rumors”, he said, promising to respond to the instances.

As explained the Paris Bar on its website, this ethics investigation can lead to a classification without follow-up, a “admonition of the chairman” or a referral to the disciplinary body of the Order. The latter can take sanctions up to and including delisting.
