Ukraine, 007 Gb: “Putin announces soon to join territories in the referendum”

Russian President Vladimir Putin will hold “a historic speech” on September 30 in the Chambers. The Russian media wrote this, while according to British intelligence Putin could formally announce on Friday the annexation of the Ukrainian territories where what Kiev and the international community have branded as a “farce referendum” took place. In fact, the latest London intelligence report states that ” there is a realistic possibility that Putin will use the speech to formally announce the annexation of the occupied regions of Ukraine to the Russian Federation. The referendums are underway and will end today ”.
