Dear energy, draft EU proposals: time slots for consumption cuts

Mandatory reduction of electricity consumption on the basis of a monthly target, leaving individual member states the discretion to identify in which hours to increase this cut. In this sense, according to what is learned, the proposal of the EU commission on cutting energy consumption should develop.
