The pandemic put them down. This year’s tour sales did not help make up for the loss from previous years, and the office found itself in financial trouble. “Some tourists stayed abroad. Now they have to contact their insurance company to arrange their return home. Those who have yet to travel and have a signed contract should be refunded,” said Jan Papež, spokesman for the Association of Travel Agencies. Sunflower Tours warned its customers that if they were to travel in the next few days, they should not go to the airport, as they would not be allowed on the plane. “All payments made will be subject to a claim,” said the company, which was fortunately insured.
