On the 131st day of the Russian invasion, the Ukrainian army withdrew from Lysytchansk, the last major city in Luhansk Oblast (one of the two regions that make up Donbass) hitherto still controlled by Kyiv. Russian forces should now concentrate on the rest of Donbass and in particular the large cities of Kramatorsk and Sloviansk (Donestk oblast).
