This is the thought entrusted to Adnkronos by Marco Ciacci, the 45-year-old truck driver, residing in Castelnuovo Berardenga (Siena), whose position as a suspect for very serious injuries was filed by the investigating judge of the Court of Siena. “We take note of the judge’s decision in light of the fact that the Public Prosecutor has objectively carried out the investigations in depth in every respect”, the lawyer Massimiliano Arcioni of the Court of Grosseto, lawyer of Ciacci, told Adnkronos.
