Draghi and Cartabia tomorrow visit the prison of Santa Maria Capua Vetere

Prime Minister Mario Draghi and Minister of Justice Marta Cartabia tomorrow, Wednesday 14 July, at 4 pm will visit the ‘Francesco Uccella’ Prison of Santa Maria Capua Vetere (Caserta). At the end of the meeting Draghi and Cartabia will release some statements. There are 52 precautionary measures against prison police officers accused of beatings in the prison: violence and torture contested by the Prosecutor during the detainees’ revolt that broke out on 6 April 2020.
