From North to South, 26 provincial capitals are the most virtuous in spending on public transport service contracts. So much so as to obtain the triple AAA in the special ranking prepared for Adnkronos by the Administrative Gazette of the Italian Republic, as part of the ‘Pitagora’ project, which examines the costs incurred in 2020 by Regions and provincial capitals (on the website www .adnkronos.com all the tables and figures of the report). But which are the 26 capitals in question and how much did they spend on public transport service contracts in 2020? Most of them are located in the North (in alphabetical order): Aosta with a cost of 11,856.77 euros; Bergamo with 56,749.94; Biella with 42,670.84; Bologna with 806,643.00; Bolzano with 37,274.76; Como with 6,590.00; Genoa with 1,130,000.00; Modena with 52,518.34; Monza with 38,071.68; Novara with 13,331.00; Parma with 1,952,215.11; Pavia with 30,174.87; Piacenza with 1,432.50; Reggio Emilia with 286,112.96; Turin with 2,741,488.23; Udine with 1,748.99; Varese with 41,785.20; Verona with 54,384.40; Vicenza with 26,399.50. Moving on to the Center we find, all in Tuscany, Arezzo with a cost of € 2,521.20; Livorno with 205,174.50; Pisa with 10,697.30; Pistoia with 16,324.50. Going south, they won the AAA Syracuse with a cost of 1,573,708.77 euros, Teramo with 6,144.65 and Trani with 51,442.00.
