These expenses, even out of control, could represent an index of attention towards the citizen, so that even an apparently disproportionate expense could be justified by a multiplicity of circumstances, not least investments for infrastructures and transport systems, for surveillance and user regulation, for maintenance and for the renewal or adaptation of means of transport “. “The item local public transport – specifies the Fondazione Gazzetta Amministrativa – includes the contributions and fees for the performance of urban and extra-urban services, the costs deriving from the renewal of employment contracts, from integrations or from tariff concessions.
