From North to South, 17 provincial capitals are the most virtuous in spending on school transport service contracts. For this, they obtain the triple AAA in the special ranking prepared for Adnkronos by the Administrative Gazette Foundation of the Italian Republic, as part of the ‘Pitagora’ project, which examines the costs incurred in 2020 by Regions and provincial capitals (on the website www.adnkronos.com all the tables and figures of the report). Of these, in the North stand out (in alphabetical order): Bergamo, which in 2020 spent € 67,232.65 for this item, Milan with € 638,549.08, Padua with € 15,286.70, Pavia with € 15,825.00, Turin with € 464,101.88, Trieste with € 35,093.20, Udine with € 550.58. But a larger slice belongs to the South: Agrigento with a cost of € 19,069.24; Avellino with 4,117.98 euros; Carbonia with 2,061.48 euros; Catania with 161,397.28; Chieti with 1,500.00 euros; Foggia with € 22,877.72; Matera with 19,996.85 euros; Nuoro with € 2,986.90; Palermo with 243,968.60; Vibo Valentia with € 5,869.70.
