Allies within ONTO strengthen the Alliance’s eastern wing in response to the accumulation of Russian troops and heavy equipment near the border with Ukraine. The West sees this as a preparation for a potential invasion of Ukraine, which Moscow rejects, calling it a “hysteria” caused by Western countries.
