Real Madrid: the group before Villarreal, without Karim Benzema and Ferland Mendy

Four days before the knockout stages of the Champions League against Paris Saint-Germain at the Parc des Princes, Carlo Ancelotti has revealed his squad for the next La Liga match against Villarreal, this Saturday (4:15 p.m.). While they are still uncertain for the trip to Paris, Karim Benzema and Ferland Mendy are absent from the group.

At a press conference earlier this Friday, Carlo Ancelotti explained that “the priority is the player’s health (…) If Benzema plays, there will be no risk (of relapse). There are still four days left.”. Regarding the case of his left side, the Italian technician explained that he would be available against PSG. On the other hand, Gareth Bale is present.
