Changes in news television: The new owner has replaced the director – Topky.sk

The company’s executives will be Michal Voráček and Ján Svoboda. The third managing director remains Zuzana Martináková, director of the Center for News and Journalism. On television, Oľga Dúbravská also remains responsible for marketing and PR.

Mirjana Šikimič, the current director of TA3 television, is leaving and will be replaced by Ján Svoboda. Until now, he has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of OUR MEDIA as (originally Perex), which publishes the daily Pravda. “The condition of the OUR MEDIA publishing house is very good, it has quality management, started processes and earns money, despite the unfavorable pandemic situation. That is why I decided to accept Michal Voráček’s offer for this television project. It is a challenge for me and I believe that I will meet all the expectations within the strategic intentions, “ declared Ján Svoboda.
