They indicted Zoroslav Kollár and Rajecký: Bribes for illegal cigarette production! This threatens them – NEW TIME

If found guilty, they face a term of imprisonment of ten to 15 years. This follows from the information provided by TASR, the spokesperson of the General Prosecutor’s Office (GP) of the Slovak Republic Jana Tökölyová.

“Today, the ÚŠP prosecutor filed a charge against ŠTS Pezinok against the accused Tomáš R. and Zoroslav K. for three acts from the period 2019 – until February 2020 legally qualified as a continuing particularly serious crime of accepting a bribe committed in the form of participation,” the speaker approached.

As she further stated, it is a matter of providing bribes in the hundreds of thousands of euros for “in order for KÚFS to enable the trouble-free illegal production of cigarettes, it thus provided the so-called protection against investigations”. In addition to a ten- to 15-year sentence, they face the risk of forfeiture if proven guilty.
