Two boys drowned in a canal in Crema

Two young people, a boy and a girl, were found dead in the Vacchelli canal, in Crema, in the province of Cremona. The body of the girl, an 18-year-old Indian citizen, was rescued around 1pm by firefighters in the waters of the canal. The 118 staff could not help but ascertain the death of the young woman. Around 6 pm the body of the boy, an 18-year-old compatriot, was recovered. The Carabinieri of Crema intervened on the spot. All hypotheses are being examined, including an accidental fall or an illness during a bath in the canal.
