Covid today Sardinia, 891 infections and 1 death: January 1st bulletin

There are 891 new coronavirus infections today 1 January 2022 in Sardinia, according to data and numbers from the latest Covid-19 bulletin of the Region. One death is recorded. The new positivity cases were confirmed on the basis of 4,727 people tested. A total of 21,267 swabs were processed, including molecular and antigenic. There are 15 patients admitted to intensive care units (1 fewer than yesterday), 142 patients (4 fewer than yesterday) while 8505 are cases of home isolation (675 more than yesterday). The death of an 88-year-old woman residing in the province of Oristano is recorded.
