It’s the disaster, Maxime and Olivia announce to Teyssier that the cold room has failed. Everything is screwed up whether it’s the Vegan menu or the classic menu. Teyssier summons everyone for a crisis meeting.
Teyssier puts pressure on Guillaume so that the producers deliver within the hour and that the brigades do everything again… to be ready tonight for the family Christmas dinner.
There are no more langoustines, so we have to find an alternative… Salomé offers mackerel.

Louis hides from Charlene the famous Augustus notebook that he found. Charlène tries to calm things down … she suggests that Louis come and celebrate Christmas with the Teyssiers. Louis accepts.

Rose tries to take a step towards Louis… but he tells her he’s not interested. Rose leaves, telling him that her door stays open no matter what.

The parents of the students are all there: Chef Delobel, Mehdi’s mother, Celia’s grandparents, Salomé’s parents, Alex, Maxime’s father, and even Joachim, Marta’s brother.
Clotilde and Joachim talk to each other: he tries to find out why she is not responding to his messages. Clotilde tells Joachim to stay by her side (when Guillaume looks at them). They are happy to see each other.

The service cannot be done before 1:30 am: the parents have to be made to wait. A show is organized by Yann and Aurélien who improvise an outdoor show based on an idea from Eliott.

Clotilde does the show during Christmas dinner, when Guillaume looks at Laetitia from a distance… she asks him if she is disturbing him. Rose tells him now is not the time.

Julia comes to see Eliott in the kitchen to tell him that her father is at the entrance to the institute. Julia thinks he’s awkward but he wants to see his son.
Pascal told Eliott that it was not easy when he was little, he was different from the others. Make-up was too much… he thought he had messed it all up with him. Pascal regrets having kicked him out, he tells Eliott that it’s the worst thing of his life. He immediately regretted this gesture but he did not find the strength to go back. He was too proud.

Pascal tells Eliott that he did everything wrong but today he would like to be there for him. Pascal tells his son that he accepts him as he is. Eliott hugs his father and cries.

Louis is at home cooking: he tells Charlene that he forgot New Year’s Eve. He says he didn’t look at his phone and explains to her that he didn’t want to worry her. Louis has his dish tasted. Charlène says it’s a killer to taste. Louis says he invented the recipe.

Louis did not join the Teyssiers table for the Christmas dinner. Charlene says Louis was not well at all.
