The Council of Ministers extends the anti-Covid state of emergency until March 31, 2022. The new decree also provides for the super green pass in the white zone, precluded to non-vaccinated activities such as cinemas, indoor restaurants and discos. Rising of shields for the ordinance of the Minister of Health Speranza which provides for the obligation of the negative test on departure for all European countries.
