Covid today Italy, only 5 regions in the yellow zone on the ECDC map

Only five regions in the yellow zone in Italy according to the ECDC map which photographs the covid situation in Europe while the Omicron variant dominates the scene. The number of Italian regions in yellow, a color that indicates an average risk, is falling on the map updated every week and which serves as a reference ‘compass’ for travel restrictions. Umbria, Puglia, Molise, Sicily and Sardinia are still yellow, all the others are in red apart from Valle d’Aosta, Alto Adige, Veneto and Friuli-Venezia Giulia, which are in dark red, the maximum risk range. Italy still remains the EU state in the relatively best conditions. All the rest of Europe is red or dark red, with the exception of three communities in Spain (Extremadura, Madrid and Cantabria), in yellow, and two regions of Romania.
