The internationally sought-after Miroslav Výboh was photographed in the luxurious Dubai restaurant Caviar Kaspia together with F1 driver Charles Leclerc. The photo appeared yesterday on the fan instagram profile of the Monaco pilot of the Ferrari team.

The outburst was once the honorary consul of Monaco in Slovakia, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs revoked his title due to suspicions of corruption.

The photo confirms the suspicions of law enforcement authorities that the Outburst is hiding in Dubai from prosecution. The prosecutor filed a charge against him with the Specialized Criminal Court for Corruption.

Although the United Arab Emirates does not have an extradition agreement with Slovakia, in most cases the wanted persons cooperate with the countries of the European Union, as they want to have good relations with them.
