The Milan Review Court rejected the defense appeal of Shmuel Peleg, maternal grandfather of Eitan Biran, the child who survived the Mottarone tragedy, against the arrest order issued by the Pavia investigating judge against the man accused of kidnapping of the grandson. The state ordinance is not enforced: the 58-year-old is in Tel Aviv where he has waged a legal battle to keep the six-year-old with him.
