According to the number of new infected coronavirus in seven days, the worst situation in the EU is currently in Slovenia. Unfortunately, Slovakia is in close second place. According to the European Center for Disease Control and Prevention (ECDC) we have up to 924 infected per 100,000 inhabitants in 7 days. The number of deaths per week in our country is 12 per million inhabitants.

Slovenia has 1,082 cases per 100,000 inhabitants in seven days until November 14. A week ago, there were 962 cases. The third country with the worst epidemiological situation in the country is Austria (891 cases per 100,000 inhabitants per week).

Bulgaria still has the highest number of deaths per capita in the last two weeks (171 deaths per million inhabitants in 7 days). The second is Latvia (158 dead) and the third Romania (117 dead). Slovakia is one of the better countries in terms of deaths.

Spain currently handles the best pandemic. It is followed by countries such as Sweden, Malta and Italy.
